Quick Mela 2026: A Grand Chand Raat Celebration That Brought the QuickOffice Community Together
Some evenings leave a mark that lingers long after the lights go off. Quick Mela 2026 was one of them.
On the 17th of March, as the city stepped into the magic of Chand Raat, QuickOffice’s Main Gulberg location transformed into something far bigger than a workspace event. From 5 PM to 10 PM, the venue became a full-scale mela alive with color.
This is how it all went down.
What Was Quick Mela 2026?
Quick Mela 2026 was QuickOffice’s community-focused Chand Raat celebration held at 29-D Main Gulberg, built around the theme Rangeela Rewind: a 90s reimagining of everything that made Chand Raat so unforgettable in that decade.

The goal was straightforward: bring together the QuickOffice community entrepreneurs, small business owners, creatives, and their families for a joyful evening of shopping, networking, and celebration. Not a corporate function. A proper mela, with all the color, noise, and warmth that comes with it.
The décor reflected the Rangeela Rewind theme beautifully, with bright colors, festive lighting, and traditional Chand Raat elements that made the space feel genuinely welcoming from the moment you walked in.
The Rangeela Rewind Theme — Why It Hit Different
The Rangeela Rewind theme was the heartbeat of the evening. Rooted in 90s nostalgia, it captured something Pakistanis across generations connect with immediately: a simpler, louder, more colorful era of celebration.
Chand Raat already carries its own emotional weight. Layer in the warmth of 90s nostalgia, and you get an evening that felt alive from the moment you walked in, the kind of atmosphere that doesn’t need an explanation; it just pulls you in.
When the QuickOffice Community Comes Together, This Is What It Looks Like
Quick Mela was organized by QuickOffice as a way to bring the community together while creating meaningful opportunities for small businesses to showcase their work on one of the year’s most celebrated nights.
What made the evening feel special was the diversity of vendors present. While a large number of stalls were run by external small businesses, a few members from the QuickOffice community also stepped in, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Rather than a typical workday setting, Quick Mela offered a vibrant Chand Raat atmosphere where entrepreneurs and creatives could connect with a lively, festive crowd. It wasn’t about presentations or boardrooms; it was about giving small businesses a platform where their work could truly speak for itself.
One element that stood out in particular was the deliberate focus on women-led businesses. Quick Mela gave these entrepreneurs a dedicated platform to connect with customers, showcase their work, and grow, and it showed. Some of the most visited stalls of the evening were run by women who had built something worth celebrating, and Chand Raat turned out to be exactly the right night to do it.
For QuickOffice, this is what community collaboration actually looks like, not a tagline, but 25+ businesses showing up on the same night, side by side, making something work together that none of them could have pulled off alone.
25+ Stalls: A Mela in Every Sense of the Word
Over 25 stalls filled the venue across every category you’d want at a proper Chand Raat. Here’s a look at what was on offer:

Food & Drink — in Collaboration with Foodpanda Home Chefs The food lineup covered all the Chand Raat classics: BBQ, wraps, chaat, Chinese, halwa puri, desserts, and fried items brought to life through a collaboration with Foodpanda home chefs that added a homemade, authentic touch to every bite.
Fashion, Beauty & Accessories Live mehndi ran throughout the evening alongside churriyan. Shoppers could also browse handmade jewellery, traditional khussas, clothing, press-on and acrylic nails, perfumes, and gift boxes, essentially a full Eid prep experience under one roof.
Home, Décor & Lifestyle From hand-painted mirrors and home décor to natural plants in pots, candles, flowers, permanent bracelets, and handmade photo frames, the lifestyle stalls were some of the most browsed of the evening.
Gifts, Stationery & Keepsakes Eid cards and envelopes, gift boxes, keychains, wallets, and toys rounded out the gifting corner, perfect for last-minute Eid shopping with actual thought behind it.
Memories A PixaBooth added to the fun, keeping photo moments alive throughout the evening. And for the little ones, cotton candy made sure the kids had their own reason to remember the night.

5 PM to 10 PM — The Full Arc of Chand Raat
The timing of Quick Mela was deliberate. Running from 5 PM to 10 PM, the event captured the full arc of what makes Chand Raat night so special.
The early hours carried that golden-hour energy, families arriving, stalls warming up, the buzz building gradually. As the evening deepened and the city outside came alive, so did the venue. By peak festive hours, Quick Mela was right there with it.
Not rushed. Not overproduced. Just right.
More Than Shopping — Building Real Connections
For QuickOffice, Quick Mela was never just about the stalls. The goal was always bigger: to build real connections, encourage collaboration, and turn the space into a genuine community hub at least for one vibrant Chand Raat evening.

And it worked. Entrepreneurs met customers. Families discovered local brands they hadn’t come across before. Small businesses got the kind of face-to-face visibility that no Instagram post quite replicates. The coworking space that people use for focused work five days a week became, on the 17th of March, a place where entrepreneurial energy and festive culture met in the same room.
This isn’t the first time QuickOffice has created something like this. The drum circle event earlier in the year brought members together through rhythm and energy in a way that had nothing to do with work. The Sports Gala showed a more competitive, playful side of the same crowd. Quick Mela 2026 sits in that same lineage of events that are worth attending, not just worth posting about.
What Quick Mela Got Right About Chand Raat
Chand Raat is one of those nights that hits different when done right, chaotic, vibrant, and deeply personal. The best versions of it happen when someone puts in the effort to make the experience feel intentional rather than accidental.
Quick Mela did exactly that. The 90s theme, the five-hour window, the breadth of stalls, the live mehndi and churriyan, the Foodpanda home chef food, the cotton candy for kids, the PixaBooth for memories, none of it felt like it was put together in a hurry. The result was an evening that matched the occasion: loud in the right ways, warm in all the right places.
And the best part? The QuickOffice team is already looking forward to doing it again next year.
